😆😆😆😆👏👏👏👏👏👐👐 John 17:3 (KJV) And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
Eternal life is not a place; it is the life of salvation. Religion defines it as a place we go when we die. It is not the final destination of the believer; it is the life that you received when you got Born Again.
Our theme scripture says: “and this is eternal life that they may know the one true God and his son Jesus”. But 1 John 5:11 also says: “and this is the record that God has given unto us eternal life”. This means that we have the knowledge of God and His son; we have this “epignosis” which is the advanced knowledge of anything that any man might want to know about God.
If a man wants to know God, they study your life; if they want to understand how God works, they only have to watch you.
That is why 2 Corinthians 2:14-16 (AMP) says that God spreads the sweet fragrance of His knowledge through us. We are the sweet fragrance of Christ discernible to both those who are being saved and those who are perishing. Hallelujah!

GOLDEN NUGGET: Eternal life is not a place; it is the life of salvation.
PRAYER: Father, I thank you for the gift of eternal life: that great, vast and deep knowledge of who you are. Because I have this precious gift, I do not live life as one who is only getting to know God; I know God. When men look at my life, it demonstrates the knowledge of God. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

When you are reproved by the instruction of the Word of God, you are aligned to a certain way of life. This means that the scriptures are not there to only define the things you must get as and when you need them; they are there to define your way of life.
The place of the Word in your spirit creates a specific character in you which then subsequently causes you to respond to life in a distinctive manner.
The Word molds your lifestyle. The scriptures make you different; your thought life is different; your speech is different; how you believe is different.
Charles H. Spurgeon once spoke of John Bunyan, the author of “Pilgrim’s Progress” and said, “if you cut him, he would bleed scripture.” That is how your life ought to be. You must be a Word person. Hallelujah!
FURTHER STUDY: Colossians 3:16, Joshua 1:8
GOLDEN NUGGET: The scriptures are not there to only define the things you must get as and when you need them; they are there to define your way of life.
PRAYER: Father, I thank you for your Word; it never fails. You have exalted it above your very name. It is the highest authority in the things of the spirit. This same Word dwells in me richly. It is constantly before my eyes and in the midst of my heart. I am a Word being: I respond by the Word; think in the Word and act in the Word. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
#WalkingWorthyOfTheCall#PhanerooDevotion#DevotionalsDaily#Devo#InstaForJesus#JesusGram#GodLife#GodLove 😊😊😊 Ephesians 4:1 (KJV) I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called.
Often times, this scripture is limited to the moral perspective of life. But there is more to it than that.
Understand this from the place of walking in the spirit. Walking worthy of the call requires that you attend diligently to every step of milestone that God has drawn for your ministry and life.
I have seen great men of God start out well yet not finish well simply because they did not understand and yield to the milestones of their destinies.
Some started out as great healing revivalists then got muddled up with political ambitions. Some started out as great worshippers and went into the world to draw even the lost by their music but they themselves never ever returned to church.
Walking worthy of the call means that you are able to differentiate between the perfect and the permissible will of God when it comes to your ministry; and, that you do not end up in pursuits that disqualify you from your assignment. Hallelujah!
FURTHER STUDY: 2 Timothy 4:7-8, Hebrews 12:1
GOLDEN NUGGET: Walking worthy of the call requires that you attend diligently to every step of milestone that God has drawn for your ministry and life.
PRAYER: Father, I thank you for the race and course that you have set before me; thank you for the calling into ministry; thank you because you counted me faithful to fill the gaps in divine purpose. I see clearly the milestones that you have drawn both for my life and my ministry. I can never veer off the course you have set for me. I will finish well. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Romans 10:17 (KJV) So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
The language of the Spirit in our theme scripture is not that faith comes by hearing the Word.
Rather, it is that faith comes by hearing, and hearing BY the Word of God.
Hearing the Word means that your understanding and revelation is limited to what is spoken to you. Hearing BY the Word means that even when a teacher is speaking, the Spirit of God further communicates the meaning and interpretation of these very things such that you understand them deeper than what is taught.
This also ought to define how you study the Word. Some people just read the scriptures and take them at face value and sometimes that is enough to build faith in them. But deeper than that, when you are by the Word, God expects you to hear.
In Revelations 2:29, He speaks to the churches but goes on to say: “let him that has ears hear what the spirit is saying to the churches. He had spoken and they had heard but still there was a greater expectation to hear more than what was said.
When you study the Word, open your spirit to hear even as you read; that is the operation of the Spirit of revelation. Hallelujah!
FURTHER STUDY: 2 Timothy 2:15, Colossians 3:16
GOLDEN NUGGET: Hearing by the Word means that even when a teacher is speaking, the spirit of God further communicates the meaning and interpretation of these very things such that you understand them deeper.
PRAYER: Father, I thank you for this knowledge. I walk in the Spirit of revelation deeper than ever before. I do not just read the Word, I study it with my spirit and hear more than what I read. This understanding sheds greater and deeper insights of your person in my spirit. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Revelation 1:8 (KJV) I am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending saith the Lord which is and which was and which is to come, the Almighty.
The reality of eternity is revealed as the life that is, was, and is to come.
It is revealed as such because God, who is, was, and is to come is the ultimate revelation.
That eternal God gives to you experiences that are present, past and future.
You are an eternal being and God expects you to understand your life through the lenses of eternity.
When you understand this and walk in these experiences, you will behold your beginning, your present and your future.
Even before you get into ministry, you see the ministry that was, that is and is to come. Even before you start a business, you see the business that was, is and is to come. Praise God!
FURTHER STUDY: Isaiah 60:15, Ecclesiastes 3:11 NIV
GOLDEN NUGGET: The reality of eternity is revealed as the life that is, was, and is to come.
PRAYER: My Lord, I thank you for this revelation. I see from the perspective of eternity because I have the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. I have understood you as my beginning and my end. Because I have looked behind the veils of time and seen my life from an eternal perspective, I know that it is fully aligned to eternal purpose and destiny. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Trust in God
#PhanerooDevotion#TrustInGod#devotionalsdaily#InstaForJesus#JesusGram#GodLove 😊😊😊 Nahum 1:7 (KJV) The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.
There are people who believe in what God can do: He heals the sick, He delivers the oppressed, He opens barren wombs, He performs all sorts of miracles. However, they do not trust him.
Faith is believing what God can do. Trust is believing that He can do it for you.
It is easy to have faith when your body is whole, your finances are stable and your marriage is peaceful but faith must transition to trust in those moments when the God you believed must turn up because you know Him.
The reason why people give up so easily in the face of adversity is because God is someone they hear about; He is not a revelation.
But trust is a knowledge issue. It is born out of intimacy with God because you relate with Him personally. Hallelujah!
FURTHER STUDY: Hebrews 11:6, Hebrews 3:14
GOLDEN NUGGET: Faith is believing what God can do. Trust is believing that He can do it for you.
PRAYER: Father, I trust you; I know what you can do. You have pulled me out of the deepest ditches and brought me back from places many thought were points of no return. When men thought I was finished, you showed up and proved yourself true, my God! Your faithfulness knows no bounds. I know for sure that I live to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Like Joshua and the children of Israel, I stand to declare that not one of the promises you have made to me have failed. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
